Ruby and Jade take a walk with their pets, pup and pig and bunny.
Pig goes down into the sewer with bunny. The friends follow.
They find magical tangle fairies and discover the pet bunny is actually the Easter bunny and he was delivering presents to the tangle fairies! He becomes the Easter bunny on Easter weekend.
The tangle fairies get honeysuckle, berries, tea and tangle brushes for Easter. But they agree not to tangle Ruby and Jade’s hair anymore because they become friends.
The Easter bunny tells the friends that a family of mice is in trouble. “We need to help them. There is a mean old cat who lives on Cat Island and he’s trying to eat a little family of mice who lives two islands away!”
A tangle fairy named Abigail tells the friends about teleporting gems that can teleport the cat to a far away land where there is a city with a force field around it and he wouldn’t be able to hurt the mouse family.
The tangle fairies fly the friends out of the sewer but Abigail drops the bag of teleporting gems. The friends help her look for them and wander into the jungle. They hear ROAR
They look up and see a lion.
They hide behind a tree. There is a jaguar sleeping there. He wakes up and rides them on his back out of the jungle onto a beach. They say thankyou. But pup is gone!
Ruby sees pup in the water.

She sees him under the water – she swims under holding her breath
She sees a mermaid!
The mermaid takes her and gives her something to help her and the puppy breathe under water. They are under-water breathing crystals.
She wanted to help them find the cat.
They see a boat trader – Ruby reached in her left pocket and found a little American flag that can be mounted onto a boat. They traded the flag for a pink boat. The mermaid followed the boat in the water to an island. There they saw a little house with a tiny crack – Ruby reached in a pulled out a little mouse eating cheese! They put him in a glass jar. They found 12 mice and took them to protect them from the grumpy cat.
They sailed back across the water and saw the cat. It was the grumpy cat! He tried to swim out and pull the boat apart but Ruby had the under-water breathing crystals. They all fell into the water and swam deep down where the cat couldn’t reach them. He swam to the island to look for the mice but they were all safe under water.
They saw a great white shark. A GREAT WHITE SHARK. He was a nice shark who only ate seaweed. He was a vegetarian so he would not eat animals or humans. The friends swim back to the surface and get back into the boat. The shark swam along with the mermaid and they found a place to camp out on the beach. They made a camp. They each found a rock and put a blanket and pillow and laid down.
In the morning the mermaid came up from the ocean and the fairies came out from the nature cottages on the beach. Ruby woke up. They all got back into the boat. The shark popped out and said “Wait for me!” and swam around the island. All of a sudden they looked back and the Easter bunny wasn’t there! They said “Where will he deliver presents now?” But he found a treasure chest under water and was picking up treasure to buy camping supplies so they could have a better campout next time. He was going to buy a tent and firewood.
They saw a town and sailed there. They found a shop that sold camping supplies. They bought four tents, five pieces of fire wood, stones to make a fire place, and something to make the fire burn bright. They also bought 10 coconuts and 10 oranges that were grown on the island. They pulled the boat back to the ocean and got into the boat, except for the shark and the mermaid who swam along.
They had to cross between two islands where people were living that stole boats! They got their boat and flipped it over them and took it under water so no one could see them! They swam under the island blocks and finally got to the other side. Then when all the people were distracted they paddled their boat quickly away.
They came to another island. This island was a new island to camp out on because there were no people living there that could steal stuff at night time. They went to bed.
In the morning they heard MEOW. It was the mean old cat! He had been hiding and spying on them to he could get the glass jar of mice. They went running to get in the boat and they realized they didn’t see the jar of mice! Then they saw the cat. The mean old cat had it! Ruby bravely ran with piglet and banged the cat with a big stick! Then he started crying and he dropped the jar. Ruby picked it up and ran to the boat and sailed away! They could still hear the cries of that poor old cat. But they heard something else. It was kittens crying! They were on Cat Island! And the mean old cat was stealing the kittens toys!
So Ruby had to sail all the way back so she could pick up the kittens. She lassoed the kittens with a rope and pulled them onto the boat. She also pulled the mean old cat onto the boat because she was going to tie him up and put him in the middle of the ocean. They sailed the boat into the middle of the ocean. She untied the mean old cat and threw him into the ocean! He didn’t know which way to go so he followed Ruby’s boat under water because he thought they were going back to Cat Island. But they were searching for the teleporting gems. Ruby reached into her right pocket to get out a telescope and discovered the bag of teleporting gems! It fell into her pocket and she didn’t know! She used the telescope and discovered the cat under water following them. She jumped into the water and threw the teleporting gems onto him. She made a wish “I wish he would go away forever!” and he disappeared!
Then she said “What a good Easter this was!”
